Our October OC SIG workshop in Falls Church, VA was well attended and provided another powerful experience of insight and transformation. Several people who were brand new to this process waded right in and did powerful even inspirational
work on their professional challenges. Everyone in the room benefits in their own personal and professional development when a few people show that kind of openness and courage.  

The November workshop will provide another opportunity to enhanse our understanding of the systemic approach for both personal and organziation change. Before we can help change an organization we have to be adept at changing ourselves.  In the spirit of change, instead of meeting on the weekend we will be trying a mid week format on Tuesday afternoon. 

As always,  if there is something you feel stuck or ineffective in changing in your professional life this forum is a good place to look for solutions.  We welcome people who have challenges at the individual, team or organizational level and are looking for solutions. 

Join us Tuesday, November 24, and learn about and experience this important new management and consulting tool.  After a short review of the process and maybe a constellation exercise we will start doing constellations on your business challenges and opportunities. I am looking forward to seeing eveyone there to explore the power of organizational constellations.
